SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We aim to process and ship orders on the same day. Ideally, orders placed and received before 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) are processed and packaged before 3pm and then shipped by 5pm.

But weekends and holidays sometimes mess with our shit, as do some mid-to-late afternoon orders.

So here’s the deal: Barring weekends, holidays, mid-to-late afternoons, any form of human catastrophe or natural disaster, including but not limited to, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, wildfires, widespread power outages, whiteouts (or blackouts), local, national, and/or global pandemic, we can almost guarantee that your order will go out same day or next business day. If something unusual should arise that impedes our ability to fulfill that guarantee, we promise to reach out and explain why.

Free Shipping and Standard Shipping: Lower 48 states: Arrives in 3-7 business days Alaska & Hawaii: Flat rate of $20. Arrives in 7-10 business days

2nd Day Air / Bullet Train Shipping: Arrives in 2 business days (please allow 1-2 days for processing)

Overnight / Scotty Beams It Out Arrives in 1 Business Day (please allow 1-2 days for processing)

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. We cannot guarantee shipment on weekends or federal holidays.

Orders over $150.00 qualify for Free Shipping throughout the Lower 48. Qualified orders arrive within 3 – 7 business days. Note: Taxes do not count toward $150.00 Free Shipping Total.

Standard shipping orders arrive within 3 –7 business days.

UPS 2nd Day Air orders arrive within 3 business days (not including 2 – 3 business days processing time).

Orders shipped to a PO BOX cannot be expedited. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories are subject to $20 Flat Rate Shipping Fee and cannot be expedited.

Please be mindful of the current environment and unforeseeable shipping delays which fall outside of our control. We aim to process and ship all orders in a timely, efficient manner. All deliveries are made on the carrier’s schedule, not our own. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a particular delivery date or time.

Return Policy

If you don’t like it, return it. No problem. We’ll even forward you a UPS Return label.

General Guidelines for Returns

Goods purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original purchase date.

All apparel items must be in unworn/unwashed original condition and without any alterations/modifications.

All individual prints, and well as our print kits, collage kits, poster packs, etc., must be in their original packaging and pre-purchase condition.

Please note that all sale items marked as final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Return Items

Fill out your full name, the email address associated with original purchase order, and a message detailing which item or items you wish to return, the reason for return, and any additional information you wish to convey at that time.

Tap or click SEND MESSAGE.

Once we receive your message, we will follow-up with an email confirmation which includes a printable UPS return label. Just print the return label we send via email, slap it on your nicely packaged return parcel, and drop it off at your nearest UPS drop-off site. EASY.

Please allow 24 hours for staff to process all return requests before sending email confirmation.

All return orders unless otherwise stated will be shipped via UPS Ground.

A refund will be issued once your return has been received by our returns department. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive confirmation of the acceptance of your return. At that time your refund will be initiated to your account. Please note that all original shipment fees are non-refundable. We kindly ask that you allow an additional 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account.
